My career in land development commenced in 2003 at EDEN Property Company, a distinguished boutique development firm. There, I benefited from the mentorship of two exceptional principals, each possessing unique expertise. This formative experience within a smaller, agile environment afforded me comprehensive involvement in all project phases, from initial land acquisition negotiations to the final delivery of completed developments to national tenants. My responsibilities rapidly expanded to encompass the full spectrum of land development, including strategic site acquisition, meticulous due diligence, feasibility analysis, zoning and title review, architectural design, financial modeling, lease compliance, entitlement procurement, construction oversight, and ultimately, asset disposition. Following over a decade of success at EDEN, I transitioned to Avison Young's New Jersey office as Senior Project Manager of Development, where I directed complex self-storage and multifamily projects for Hampshire Company, a prestigious private real estate entity. For over two decades,
I have cultivated a deep understanding of commercial real estate development within the dynamic New Jersey/NY Metro Area, coupled with extensive proficiency in the Municipal Land Use Law and approval processes specific to New Jersey. My professional affiliations include twenty years of membership with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), as well as active participation in NAIOP and The Pipeline Women’s Real Estate Organization.
Beyond my dedication to my professional endeavors, I cherish time spent with my family, and pursue personal interests in golf, culinary arts, and music.
